throw the plane to the left of the barrel on to the little platform the barrels on + the reason ur man is being squashed is because ur missing out a step click on the forks on the forklift truck - the guy climbs on to them.

Open the door on the right, then click on the man on the top of the construction. The bell will ring and another guy will come. Click a grey button next to the black lever. Next click on the lever and then click on the gun above the baloon-it will cut one of the ropes. Click the lever again and then the grey button. The lever again. And now: click a grey square on the left and above the gun and then QUICKLY CLICK THE GREY BUTTON. Quickly, cause the bomb will switch off the current. You have to manage before it happens, in other way gun will destroy the baloon (photo-cell? ;-P :-) )

LOL! I'm with ya!

I am able to get the balloon released and it floats up just enough to hit the building on the left (where the little cannon is) and then crash and burn.

I am always amazed at everyone else that makes it past with some special charm, but not amazed anymore with the "I Did It, Too Easy, My 5 year old did it" posts. Meanwhile, kudzu grows faster than I can master the first blasted level.
