The roman numerals are the key for the "ball". Solve the equation and "write" /click the result (also in roman numeral) above the buttons and when finished, click the button below it.

You need the "Z" later. For the levers you find a hint in one of the drawers (the one with the numbers on it).
The first numbers are the numbers of the levers 1-8 and the second numbers stand for their position (1 for on, 0 for off)

and on page 3 there is an underlined word. This word is the code for the place from the picture ;-)

Oh well, then here a hint:
You find a hint in the 4th drawer when using the key from the book. There are two-digit numbers on it. The first digits announce the number of the lever 1-8 and the second digits tell about the required position (0 for off and 1 for on). The lever number go in that order:
1 5
2 6
3 7
4 8

Okay I am finally back... It's Good Friday so it was family time... I have been looking forward to finishing. I was in such a rush when I left I could not say how far I got. Here is what I have done so far:

Did the bookcase and got a code and a key from it...used that code... trying to figure out how to break the wall part X X... got two new codes from the dresser

OK, I dragged the Visibility device to that big green wall and its asking for the Vis code. But the ntvmu code isnt working.... did it change? same goes for the smaller beize unit on the wall.

Make the bookshelf visible and take out one book. You will find a picture of an object on page 2, an underlined word on page 3 and a key on page 4. Use the word as a code for the object from the picture. And use the key on drawers to find other hints.

I am a noob here.

Great game but I'm tearing my hair out for the order in which to click the buttons on the box/cupboard thing (that also appears in the picture in the book from the shelf)...

I have obviously used the right visibility code, but can't work out how to enter the right code to open it. Any clues? (PS Am trying not to give too much away in asking this question cause I can't do a spoiler thingomy)....

You find a key in the book. Use this key on the 3rd drawer and get a clue for the 2x5 button's puzzle. Follow the drawing.

I already thougt that the numbers had something to do with this puzzel, but didn't see the link. Thought it had something to do with the counting up:
11 (+10) 21 (+ 9) 30 (+ 11) 41 (+ 9) 50 (+ 11) 61 (+10) 71 (+ 9) 80.
The hint did help, thank you! Now I am trying to figure out the next puzzel (cube with nine circels, green wall).

Hmmm... strange. If you have the device and have taken a look at the letter that contains the hints for the code, it should accept ntvmu

Did you enter them in low-case letters?

If you stil have difficulties, I can only suggest you to restart episode 3.
If you have already restarted and it doesn't work, probably you should deinstall the game and download/install it again (sometimes there can be a small error during the download or installation process that cause some difficulties). I'm sorry for that.
Please tell me if you can solve the problem.

Wonder if any one is using this forum anymore???????? I am having a great time with this game. but.......I am at the ending where I have opened the green 'door' and 2 globes appear. I enter the code from the fiery ball and am told it is not correct.......grrr. Help anyone??

The code from the fiery ball is correct. Are you sure that you didn't miss anything else? The game is programmed so that you have to make each step, and codes won't be accepted unless you find them also yourself.

i had a bit of touble at 1st cuz u have to keep on pressing that device and writing the codes if u wona check somehting.. it wasnt as easy as the 1st and 2nd but i loved it!! this is wayyy better .. hard i mean.. u can actually have some fun with it

I tried to install the game, but I keep getting this error message. What am I doing wrong? Everybody else seems to have the game working fine. I played the first two parts and had no problems with them.

This is the problem of an old version of your gif89.dll on your system. Usually if you install a software that has a newer version, it can overwrite the old version and there is no problem. However some software (and also my game) is not able to overwrite it (although the creator of the software that I work with has planned to change this for next versions to avoid such error messages and problems).

What you need to do is the following:

Deinstall my game again.
Click start button -> run on the bottom bar of your pc
Enter the following in the field: regsvr32 /u gif89.dll
and click okay
Delete gif89.dll (It is in the system folder; if you can't find it, make a search by clicking the start button -> search; make sure to check the option to search for hidden files; and then delete the gif89.dll file)
Restart your pc
Install the game

This way the old version of gif89.dll will be replaced by a newer version during the installation process of my game.

I'm about to dowload this third part..really enjoyed the first two..wrote a walkthrough on anothe site in hopes that ppl will play it..Many are detered by downloadable games...but I can assure you that i've downloaded the first two and so far so good..:) Really enjoyed them..I hope you keep us entertained for a long time to come..!

I finally got to play this today..and really enjoyed it..I was able to do it with looking for hints either..was a bit lost for a minute with the code thing..was trying to enter it into other places other than the dresser ..lol..but i done er..Cool game and so playable..You can play these games without breaking your brain..but theyre tough enough that u feel challenged..Really happy I found these games..hope u keep them coming!..I wish i could make them..lol..
