All I can see to do with the last guy (big boss Golem) is move the wheelchuck and jiggle the sharp poles. Must be something else I am missing.

Needless to say I get killed each attempt. HELP!

is this one of those games that plays a flash or SWF advert before starting the game?

I always have issues with those.

oh, and i have issues with the VERY offensive title of the game too.
might be meant to be humourous but its not.
