This is an awesome game, but every time I log in it says "I see this is your first time playing", and I can only access about 14 cases. Is there a way to access more cases?

Well, to my knowledge this is an online demo for the pc game, therefore the cases are probably limited.
For the message that you are playing for the first time: maybe you have deleted the cookies and therefore you are perceived as first time player. Just an idea.

Maybe there should be another section for roleplaying games. This is a type of point and click but its not included in that section. Yet there's muder mystery's in the point and click section, thats still playing a role.

Like there could be the point and click section then it breaks down into, sim games, adventure point and click etc

I guess this would make it more complicated. We have already adventure games as a category, this would be too much work to reorganize everything. All I could imagine was to add simulation games but it is up to GamersHood to decide.

Actually, I finally got it to work.
It's not that great. The graphics are okay, but it seems to time you sometimes. I'd be in the middle of trying to treat a patient and then all of a sudden I'd be getting my rating. It's also quite hard to do.

I never had a problem with starting or loading the game...IE would just suddenly stop responding for me. Yesterday when I went back to it, it worked, for some reason.
