One of those cow skulls you see in cartoons by the beware do not enter sign?

Skull is correct. No cow though.

donaud

not a needle.

leapfrog
01-12-2010, 08:14 AM
Nope, not easy at all.

Fern
01-12-2010, 03:18 PM
Something you can fold into the lower part and you flip the upper part down to fasten it and you can carry the thing around by the thread.
Seems somehow familiar but can't recognize it...

donaud
01-12-2010, 07:03 PM
Depending on your personal geography, it will be simple or hard :)

A Lovely Zombie

01-12-2010, 10:08 PM
Is it bigger than a breadbox? Need help sizing it. :)

donaud
01-12-2010, 10:14 PM
This "part" is not bigger... but what it is attached to is much bigger.

That top piece, for example, is roughly 6"x6".

.

RBS
01-12-2010, 11:25 PM
Gonna keep guessing with maybe part of a snow blower? Perhaps a safety feature somewhere up on the handles.

donaud

Right on RBS... and you probably have never seen one in TX :)

http://f.imagehost.org/t/0408/guess4answer.jpg (http://f.imagehost.org/view/0408/guess4answer)

That flap controls the trajectory of the shooting snow (and wires control it).

Adventure
01-22-2010, 10:02 PM
The blueish light is misleading, certainly because a part of it is an reflection. Most of the times the whole object is white, non glowing. The blue glowing light servers a purpose though.

Lol, you certainly have. :haha: It's a nice to have such fantasy.

The "handkerchief" is the reflection, and no night clubs involved. You can find this in every room of the house. And that's not optional. I can assure you that in 99.9 percent of all cases it really can be found in every room in the house. Some rooms will even have a few of them, or many.

ahra

no, no. it's larger than a thimble. but it still fits in a pocket.
nowadays, people use versions of it everyday. it's really indispensable.

Something about the clue "indispensable" makes me think that.
Due to same clue I can't get stationery and cutlery items out of my head.

ahra
01-25-2010, 03:36 PM
no, it's not an insulator.

sometimes it belongs in a pocket, sometimes it belongs somewhere else. it depends from person to person. you may have one on your desk right now, or in your bag, or even in your pocket! :)

although i find lighters indispensable (i unfortunately smoke), it is not that. something much more common.

fern is on the right track there with one of those options.

I hate to keep you naming off every item in the pantry. You don't get these at the grocer normally. Many times they end up in cup holders in the car and every office I have worked at has a drawer in the kitchen area full of them.

The copper piping suggests water as well.

it removes something alright. but not dry scaly.

not most people, but a huge chunk would have this, yes.

due to risk of electrocution, it is not recommended to use it in a bathroom.

When I was a kid I always wrote short stories about dogs and my parents bought me a typewriter (it was a newer model than the one on the pic but it was a mechanical one). You had to hit the keys really hard and my fingers always got stuck between the keys. :P It was painful... o.O

how big is it this object thingie thing?

Significantly smaller than an ironing table, you can easily keep it on your palm. The staples are rough but it's designed to be durable. Nothing to do with housework.
