Got out same way. Doesn't seem to be correct though.
Never found the 4th sparkling square, and I only had two balls.

Btw some puzzles in the game were reset while playing.

Are there more than one endings?

I have the letters K and E on the black box next to the red door, but there seems to be enough room for a third letter there as well.

I can open the red door, but not the blue double door.

Edit:

The same key fits to the double door as well, but I guess the red door ending is the better one. I'm still wondering about the third letter.

When you open the red door, you get the box where you have to put the green and yellow balls. If you put then yellow-green, then you get out of the house. At least I think so.

stuck with

light, screwdriver, blue key, pole and green and yelow balls.

can only find 3 light squares and screen only has giant E. not sure what y=l g=r on bottom of table means.

click up when under table

EDIT: POP found 4th square

double edit: out other than blue door. figured what Y=L and G=R ment from ending.

out by after clicking under door turning around clicking blue panel under closed which turned to open by red door and golden key fell then put in balls.

yea! Got a blue item.

Got other stuff .. had a terrible time getting one thing. This I've not used. Other items I have used.
Edit:
still need to change a square .. hunting .. evidently all alone. and at least one other item according to post above.

Restarted - still need to change a square but found an item I was missing from last game - went through double doors. Don't think that was a good ending.

I have yellow and green marbls, stick, key, screwdriver & candle. The red square next to big E is still red and the other 3 are yellow. I can click # buttons and spell out OPEN - .. I just don't know what else to do have clicked on everything with everything in my inventury. I've seen under the table. I also have an "open" on the sign above the table.

So guess, since I'm stuck, and have already been through the wrong door, I'll just move on *sigh*
