Sorry, it is not permitted to give away solutions but you should be able to work it out from the hint in post #5.
Find the 3 letters that are described, there are not so many possibilities.

Hi um so ive searched mary had a cipher and i found this babington code
i found one picture of it and the letters are to small to make out
i got like licqe when i tried..

Yeah, I'm at the Greek letters. Not making any sense of the tanslation.

no the cipher code is different that has to do with
julius ceasar or something and its not of symbols its just moving the
letters of the alphabet down three spaces
there is something called the babington postscript and i can see the symbols on the picture but i cant make out all of them

They are nautical flags. They translate into letters.

I also figured out the second part and am now on 7. When you get to the next part. search baby names by meaning, http://www.parenthood.com/babynames.html, but don't use knowledge, use wisdom. The name sounds alot like the one you used to get there.

LOL! all I managed to translate was the first two words from french "one goes'
Perhaps there are a few languages going on...

its the language the speak in spain
the link the bottom of the picture is to the translator
and the link is broken and i fixed it
but it translated from catalan to
spanish into: d?nde va *naixer este arquitecto *catala
with the exception of naixer and catala which the translator does not understand it gives me this: where catala goes to naixer this architect

Hm... I'm stuck. This is what I've got for Q9:

Go search for the lyrics for Shakira's song, "How Do You Do". Look for paragraphs 10 - 15. There's something there... I just can't grasp it. Think I'm gonna take a break now, since I didn't chill since the beginning; my brain's just saturated. So, if there is any progress, I'll log on in an hour's time.
