ok, try cutting the grid into horizontal strips - it really helps.
I am not to sure that the numbers in the source have anything to do in working it out. but if you just rearrange the strips it will make a sentence.
the sentence reads down each column, going from left to right. Just try and make something which makes sense

If it's any consolation, I had trouble on this one too

Start swapping the strips around - remember they are only cut horizontaly, so there are not to many arrangements. the number in the source doesn't seem to have anything to do with the order of the strips, So it will just be trial and error
your aim is to make a phrase/sentence which reads down the columns starting from the first column on the left going to the last column on the right.

Once you find the phrase try finding out where it comes from

Check the image, write the rows out in order on a piece of paper. Makesure the letters are lined up. Look for a phrase, and find out the song its from. I got really stuck on that one.

Copy the URL shown. The next part should give you a hint. That hint should lead you to the answer. You only need to take out the part right before the '.htm'.

You've figured out how to translate the lines, right? Take one step back in the alphabet. Another hint- ingnore the first three lines, they're just there to confuse you. The last line is the only one you need.

ChocolateMocha: Yeah... I got dogcatdog and that didn't work... I typed it with and without spaces... and as a sidenote, all the lines translate to what I said before, however each line uses a different "stepping"/direction... first line is 3 steps back, second is 1 forward, third is 10 back
