Hm, I've got screwdriver(used twice), penknife(used), note with rectangles(gone), note with 9 squares, key(used)

The note is a clue to the box but I can't seem to get the combination...

Edit: Found another key...still stuck with the box.

you really have to click on top of the box or just above it and then you can see "behind" it
have you found the color code hint ?

I meant, did the color combo manage to open the box? I've been trying different combos including the one you gave but it doesn't open.

Oh, old biker, that is not opening the box. After inputting the combo, you have to press the handle below the colors. Which I'm having difficulty with.

but nothing seem to work

code for box OGYY ,change the red to yellow and reverse it

Yep have it. Just for your info, if you can make any sense out of it, the japanese words on the last page with the red and yellow box means addition, which still makes no sense to me >.<
