I've decoded 13d but I still don't know the answer. The obvious didn't work.

13g is just a ROT or caesar. You don't need to decipher it though.

If you can read the sentence properly just make a google search with the clues from the sentence to find the correct word for what is described.

I'm not sure why people are having such a hard time with google earth. Just rotate the globe to the coordinates and zoom in. You'll land right on a city every time. The coordinates at the bottom always show the position of your cursor, use that as your guide.

It takes a bit getting used to the controls. At first mine seemed a little buggy. If you're not the patient kind, it can be very frustrating. You have to start zoomed out and try to center where you think the coordinates are. Zoom in some and re-center. and just repeat until you can read the coordinates as given. A city name should be readily visible. All it takes is time and patience. for the coordinates remember Up is North, Down is South, Right is East, and Left is West ;)

Just google the key clues from the sentence to find out the word. The sentence is kind of a definition of sth.

Only one did for me. Just leave that one blank and you can fill it in yourself after you get the rest of the letters.

May need to recheck your locations. An earlier post suggested using Google Earth program and it works great!
The word is a deadly individual. It's going to just kill you when you find out the answer.

If you use google earth and go to the exact coordinates it tells you to go to you will land right on a city. You need to zoom in to see exactly where you land. If you are not landing on a city you are misreading the coordinates. There was only one in the whole bunch that I believe was a mistake. The rest of them all landed on the appropriate cities.

Believe it or not but I am on 13a :( I am not able to work on that level at all cause my cable keeps disconnecting. So far I have had no luck with that level. I am not such a big fan of comic books. :(

Its impossible, the columns add up to 323 and the rows add up to 324. There is a mistake in the puzzle.

nope....cause one row is 0 .....that's why u get this number....but i'm asking myself how to solve it....i know such kind of riddles a little bit different....u have to draw the boxes black....each row and column tells u how many boxes are black in it....i think it's such a riddle

No if you add all the numbers together they have different totals. They have to be the same for that kind of puzzle to work. The zero shouldn't make a difference. I put it on the forum, I'm waiting for a response.
