You don't have to translate into morse, but the bottom of screen from morse to text and then to leet. For leet there are some very good online tools, just google.

That level changed since we played it originally. I haven't tried the new version. I was just happy to get past it. I'll redo it at some point but I really don't know what the new message says so its hard to give a clue.
