Oh, I did find an error on your battleship grid, it is very hard to see. There is a black and red ship diagonal from each other I didn't see the first time I looked at it at the top.

I used paint, use the trick I showed you to make them easier to move around. Save it as 16 color bmp. You can erase anything that doesn't have white in it, they aren't used.

Still on 10? PM what you've done.
After using 1st key. Cut/copy the undecoded text from the results box. Paste into top box (make sure that box is empty first), and use second key. Repeat for the 3rd.

When you look at a globe, what do the numbers there refer to? Use MapQuest from the tool page or download Google Earth.

ctrl+L activates the long/lat view....so you can search the coords easily...with the mousewheel you can zoom.....

look at the big cities at these coordinates and write them down.... ;) then you'll see what i mean...
