Nameless Riddle

on 21 now, pretty sure ive done something like this before, just cant remember how i did it, any hints plz
got the same thing, trying to remember at what riddle i've seen it before

for 21 i've encoded the first few words and got a different kind of text that is similar to the other but i don't know what i'm looking for

I think the best way to work on this puzzle would be to print it out and cut the battle ship pieces out and move them by hand... and more fun. Or I could go make some plastic models. Hmmmm.....

That was by far one of the hardest puzzles I've ever done in one of these games.

one more question Jack, in a previous post you said that ships cannot touch each other diagonaly so if you put something for example on A5 you cannot put another on B6. Is that correct?

If we're still stuck tomorrow, we can work together more. I have some ideas for division of labor that might help speed this along. Hope you feel better.

I used paint to solve it. I did the red first and tried to position them in a way that would leave ample space for the black. Knowing the positions of the two spliff and I gave you leaves few solutions for the red, so there isn't too much trial and error involved to complete the reds.

Keep in mind while my solution is correct it apparently was different than the creators. It decodes in the end enough to read the question but it doesn't decode perfectly. So there is apparently more than one solution to this, I can only give you mine.

ok....once you manage to find the solution in battleships (5 days later) you have encoding to do as well.......and after you do the encoding (which is not clear at all) you have to read between the lines as well....i'm sure I have the answer but obviously the way I type it is not correct!!! I have my troubles with level 7. Cant find the correct places. what cities am I looking for? capitals of the countries, or do coordinates point direct to a city?

this is realy a hard one. so many possibilities to enter the coordinates. Can someone give me a huge push?
