speakonia is a program that when you type something in it says it aloud you can save them aswell to put in games or movies(i don't know how to save them as sounds though lol) but it's fun anyway so download today!it's FREE!

You could always use the Voice Programme microsoft provides.

Im sure this is better but I dont have time to download it tonight.

Ill give it a try later.

The only problem is you can use it to sync. cyborgs +only+ :D. It s nothing that will really help u with games or movies since it sounds rather... crappy. But it s fun to play around with it :>.

The best voice program is "Text Speaker". Amazing text to speech tool. I am using it to create an audio file of my documents in MP3 format.Recommended for everyone. Worked well for me.
