Stuck....

I have

two batteries, writing brush (no ink), rod, fox tail (used) wire cutters (used) catbowl filled with water (put back next to food bowl)

Stuck with proverbs... locked doors

Saw

moving panel and number four

it is a North arrow, use the compass directions in the order they come in the proverb
