you click the bars on the top to shoot out a grappling hook and hold down the mouse button to swing. then let go and grapple on to the next bar. and so on. try not to swing into the spikes.

i got 1075 m.

Hint: Try to hit the Corner of the second bar then un-grapple at heighest(or closest to highest) spot then ungrapple, repeat this if you want (note does not work all the time)
