I wanna know how I can make something like this, I can download things but I cannot pay. Any help? Oh and I don't want a dumbed down version online, I would rather have a full working program, and not a trial version either they just get annoying. I know I'm being awkward - sorry :)

Well, this video was made with Flash Professional that is rather expensive to my knowledge. However you can download a trial version. I don't know much more about it.

Not sure how complex things you can do with it.

Or you can look around and inform yourself about animation software.
