Solve the riddles to advance in this game.
For this riddle it is highly recommended to write down all the solutions.

when you read the source hint try to read it in a different way...like when two childs are playing...one hides something and the other is trying to search for it the nearer it gets to the object the h***** is getting :)

You seem to be doing the right thing. You want answers in the "letter-range".
Do one at a time, and use different ways.
Forget about any decimals you might see.

Stuck on Level 7. I thought I knew which code it was and the 3 items I found sort of confirmed it, but I get rubbish when putting it through the decoder. Am I missing something?

No, you have everything....maybe you are enconding and not decoding?
Btw, there are many tools online, but I'm sure that the one on PH works! ;)

I think I decoded, however, I couldn't get the decoder on PH to load up so I tried a different one. Maybe it's something to do with Firefox, I'll try Chrome. At least I know I'm looking at the right thing, thank you.

Edit: That did it, it was my java which was out of date. Solved now, thank you!

Right, PH doesn't have that one, and it's a bit hard to google for it.
It's not a single e*****t, but a c******d
Maybe image search where you describe the look of it, or
you could try:
http://chemistry.about.com/
search for a*****y
it's not the top result on the list, so look down.

I took last letters of different words, sentences and rows, first letters, counted words, and letters, using 16 and ... or not, i see nothing in front of you, used amount of words in rows or paragraphs to pick letters... you name it...

Found the first step on 15, but...
Thoughts:16 lines. 16-letter word? Or does =16 mean hex?
I suspect the typos are intentional, which coupled with the irregular lines implies counting letters, but I can't make sense of what I've counted.
I can't see anything in lengths of words, or number of words per line either.

I suggest to convert the words (common conversion) first...and then try to apply your idea. It will be easier to see the pattern ;)

I think you noticed that there are 3 types. You'll get similar numbers from them. (They're not big numbers. They are used for basic method.)

I'm not sure whether step 4 is my only problem, or I have made some serious mistakes in the first 3 steps. Can I PM someone to verify my steps, please?

On level 20, I've completed first three stages but not sure what 4th stage means. I had one idea (which matched the hint given earlier here), but that would virtually be a repeat of stage 3 using a different number, so I don't think I've got that right.
