The riddle has 20 levels and is hard for some people but very easy for some other people :P

The hint in the source is the same as on the homepage just so people type the right thing.
Search on google what it is and you'll find it ;)

You have to do 2 things to the mask..

Try printing both images, then cut out the blocks on the mask. Then move it around until you see a message.

People you really should read the homepage and in this case also the sourcecode because it says: 25million.htm can mean 25million or 2.5million.. i shall explain: freewebs doesnt support webpages with a comma or dot so they removed it..
