I got most of the way through. These games would be easier if I could read Japanese.

language barrier, but cute

Use them in the locker you opend

All notes have a second meaning

put them in the fountain

For the locker note I used trial and error

red arm down, white arm down, white arm up

For those who don't get the second hint paper

I have 4 notes
Found a key and used it
Used the hint from one of the notes
Found nippers
Too bad about the language barrier
Did something to all 4 of them and they gave me new clues that I don't understand

Continued with some help from Kzin and I think I am out after cutting a wire by sheer luck but no idea what kind of ending I have and if there are more endings

When I cut the red wire, I blew up promptly. When I cut the blue one, I had a good end. One note with three characters (after washing) had the characters for the colors red and yellow, which I assumed applied to the wires for the bomb combo.
