pic puzzle for arrows must be something Japanese ,not getting it

I have

blank piece of paper (middle drawer), key (under table), plank of wood (don't remember-sorry), box cutter (bottom drawer that is locked), a star with VI on it (bookshelf), a triangle with V on it (bottom right of grey thing next to red couch), used box cutter on plank of wood and got chopsticks. Ate fish and got a circle with II in it (fish eyes).

Stuck for now.

She brute forced it. Never mind. Under the left corner of the rug in the box scene, there is a clue for the 4 shapes (star on bookshelf, triangle on fireplace, circle on fish eye (after eating it), and diamond in bottom drawer) and the math adds up to 195.

I got the picture off, and tried to figure out the thing under the picture, and finally got out. Not sure how.

I tried period names Edo, Meiji, Taisho, Showa and Heisei. The u in the third string was confusing, but spelling Taisho as Taishou prompted spelling Showa as Shouwa, making the w the fifth direction to click for the NEWS box.

Could not find the diamond and had to brute force the three-digit box.

Found key, paper(?), plank. Used key to get knife...used to get 2 legs(?).

I see picture moved and I see letter, but not sure what to do now....?
Found paper with shape equation...tried in 3-digit combo, but not getting it?
I am just not getting this....next game.
