Lucky guess on dominoes gave me button order to press...now have ticket.

Pick highest number on each domino...set square buttons to white, as per number order.

Enter number in both combos and now have to figure out arrows....
I tried following the arrows, and making domino like number combos, but it's not working.
I'm stuck....
