Logic where art thou???

Got worm, hook /w line, fish, green dots, fuel cell, battery, key and sub is open...

Put in coloured version of where they came from.

3 white shapes in doorway of sub-click on R shape.

Finally got code and placed battery (I kept seeing it as a letter)...took me long enough.
According to instructions I need to clean sub and load occupant.
I have fish....going round 'n round..
Aha; found another view...out (okay, that didn't make sense!).

Go up at sub.
