Well, my brother did it, and he said it helped to chew gum or suck on lollipops, and then to make it easier as far as he mental/physical action of it, he held pens in his hand like a cigarette, or did something similar so that he was still having the physical actions he was so used to doing. :) I wish ya good luck with it. :)
