@ Jenni.... December is cold... once every 7 years we can catch a glimpse of snow.... I can't generalize... but here, in winter we can get as low as 0°C, but just for a while, then it is a bit more warmer, around 10-15°C... but in summer, we have reached 45°C... which I hate with all my guts...

@SkelliSin... I gotta admit, the only Zombie movies I like, are the Resident Evil ones, and Shawn of the Dead lol.... first, I love Milla Jovovich, second, I love to get a good laugh out of it... but I do know a couple of movies have been filmed here in Mexico

Just dinner with my parents... my mom always fixes my favorite meal for me (mashed potatos, gravy, corn, and chic'n nuggets (that's soy-based nuggets that look like chicken nuggets)), with my favorite cake, which is (are you ready to be jealous? :D) cheesecake with strawberries and tons of chocolate drizzled over it.

Yeah, it would be... but I don't think I'll have much time to work on it. :( I just had time for the first chapter because we got a 3-day weekend.

Don't get swamped in your work dear! I can imagine there's a lot to figure out the first few weeks, but make sure you take some time of! Teaching can be very stressfull, especially with the feeling of big responsability towards the kids. Take good care of yourself! :)

Pozole is made of a seed (pozole seed).... while menudo is made from the inside of the stomach of a cow... doesn't smell good when preparing it, it can get rid of your appetite, but it tastes soooo good lol
