Another good game from 4399

Room 7...tomorrow's another day.
Back at it...in room 8 but stuck.
Complete numerical puzzle on TV a couple of different ways, but nothing happens. Also, cannot seem to load DVD...?
Solved TV...now working on door numbers....Got it; I was overthinking it.

Room 13: Placed headlight....trying to work out car 4 digit combo...

Note number on wall has a '1' by it.

Took a bit, but finally figured out encryption method...into room 14 now.

Note possibilities on each line...note refer to Letter/Number's 'position. Ex; B=2 means B in 2nd position.

Room 14: Cam control green, reboot server yellow...now what...?

There are 'very' faint numbers on password monitor.

I'm blind...I see it. What to do with the numbers...? Activated security and out.

Room: 15; placed label and now have 2 budhas...not sure how to position them....
Have flag(?)..I see I need another one, but don't know how to open 2nd suitcase...
i'm stuck....can't find next step/clue...?
BF'D Budhas and now have key...now combo...now key and out.
