After getting the yellow gem, then what? the thing says go back to spring and find a ladder but there's no ladder anywhere!!

You have to go to the very top of the spring area (where a sage tells you you need 3 stones to access the winter zone) take a right past some sunflowers (which involves a quick detour through a winter-like area) and just keep going.
Nice game btw, really enjoyed the music too!

ok i beat it first gem that you're supposed to get is in the spring area then go to fall (so much easier this way) then to winter bosses in this order are

spring flying scorpion hit the tail with the fire gem plenty of jumping and timing on that one

fall dead tree weak spot the acorn growing on his hands again easy with the fire gem alone

winter snowman weak point is head when charging at you this boss fairly easy but again with the jumping hard enough just getting to him without falling

portal to mortal zone flying skeleton weak spot (obviously the blue shield blue gem first then red sword red gem then yellow helmet yellow gem and to finish the green gem 2 times)
