Not really. Only recognized the Yen symbol =P And you can copy and paste the texts below.

Edit: never mind, could pick it up when I reloaded, maybe you have to pick things up in a spesific order...

Lol. That sound means you found some money/points(Yen) =P And the hair is obvious actually

in the painting with the nearly bald guy

Edit: Found out that the paper in the top drawer at sink area is from the diary at the bottom shelf of bookcase. Sadly, can't read it =s

bow and arrow with hair, glass strip then pencil. Shot the orange.

The code for the box is on the map. It shows 4 to the power of 4(I think they got that according to the information on the diary entry)

You need to know Japanese to finish this.

Walkthrough

Collecting stash of money -
2nd shelf of book case. On the left of books, 2000 yen.
Turn right, in the book on table, 1000 yen.
In painting of orange juice(?) 100 yen.
Turn right, bottom left of fridge. In the gap between sink and fridge. 5000 yen.
Turn right. Bottom part of table. 10 yen.

Main part -
Starting at paintings scene.
Pluck hair out of painting.
At the top left of table, find a plastic strip.
Turn right. Open the right cabinet door under sink. Get blue key.
Open the fridge and get pencil hidden amongst the bottles.

Optional part(For those who can read Japanese):
You can take a look at the paper in the top drawer.

Turn right and click under trash bin. Take map.
If you can read Japanese, you can use the information in the diary entry from the top drawer to draw out a number 4. So, 4 to the power of 4, is the code to the box.

to open box. Get lemon soap.
Turn right. Click on plastic strip and check item with button below item bar. Combine the "hair" with the plastic sheet. Combine the pencil with the "bow" to make a bow and arrow. Use the bow and arrow to shoot the tangerine. Don't shoot the box. Take the net that drops.
Turn left twice. Combine the net with the lemon soap.
Click on sink. Put the soap at the base of faucet. Turn the tap on. Use soap, then water STREAM to hear a sound. Repeat until key drops out. Click on stream once more after getting key.
Use key on the bottom drawer to get a stool. Use stool on box to get 10000 yen and then take tangerine. You can put the tangerine into freezer to freeze it, but no idea what to do next.
You can use blue key to leave room before getting money in yellow box for Ending 1 with 8110 yen. Or Ending 3 after getting money in yellow box with 18110 yen. Ending 2 is if you shoot the box instead. The tangerine will drop. Leave the room with the blue key and you'll get out with 8110 yen and a squashed tangerine.

Its a net. Those types you put over soap.

All the items are accounted for except the one on the right, 2nd from the bottom

There seem to be a bug in the game, I cant get out of the screen of the sink once I washed my hands. Tried it twice.

Edit: o.k. my mistake can do it now.
