what do do in level two i can't cet the chair to come down!!

i figured out the second lever

watch the chair in the sky and wait for a puff of smoke. when you see the smoke, click the chair, then wiat again and repeat 'til it's been moved three times. then click the bush where the birds are 'til the chair falls. after that click the cow on the far left to call the other one

i beat it . third one was kinda wierd, i don't remember how i did it... but i did.

I got that far already... when I click on the cow the other one goes back to the side of the road but after it just goes back to the street. over and over.. is there anything I am missing?

U have to time the blowing of the horn, couse if u blow at the right time, the cow goes to the side, and the motorcycle comes on other side and pushes the chair to right place

I know what to do there, but I don' know how to make spoiler.

I'll just give some hints.
U can take off the belt, and u need to use right speed........

Jellybean, you need to move the belt to the left of the pump on/off switch. Then turn the pump on again. See what happens!
