It seems like you have to pick items up in a certain order
I have

baseball, red tape, glue?, magnet, pillow, and brown thing with a hexagon shape in it, stick

a yellow stick and a rope.I put the glue on the spoon and now I'm stuck

Also, if you click the black markers on the barrel with the pirate eventually he (or you?) will scream. I clicked them all once and it still did that so I dunno

Just found

paper with black stuff on it, used it with glue spoon and got that out.

I took

the spoon too.I found that paper and the rope is the upper white line of the ground.

Well, I'm completely stuck. Doesn't look like I can do much more than pick up a pillow and knock a fire extunguisher over. Maybe it's just me -_-'
