Over the weekend, I guess. I was offline for awhile from here. But that's my understanding. There are still some glitches to be ironed out. (I can't change my avatar, for example.) I prefer the way it was, but this was the next upgrade with the VBulletin software and should make it safer and hopefully have fewer spammers. We'll all get used to it, I'm sure.

Good. Take it easy with it for a couple days, then work it out again to keep the muscle. I have zumba tonight.

Ouchy! I think I know the feeling you mean. It's kinda like having a "dead arm" feeling, yet when you go to use it, the muscle is pretty sore/painful. I've done that, too. Ouchy.

Glad you had fun, though. It's like a whole work day of ninja-ness!
