got a key and now need scissors...

piece of paper with chinese/japanese writing

language problem is what I have now.

You don't need to read the paper. It's some kind of ticket.

Got a 'nomal end'. LOL

Gave the game a rest and now back to try again.
Found out that paper is ticket.
Now lets see where it will take me.
Found the doors as the drawing in the window says.

I can't seem to find anything,

ticket, no screwdriver, I can't even figure out what they mean by 'counter'
