Sometimes the game gets stuck in the first screen.
If you can't do anything, just reload the game.

Bottom right is a small white pill (just above/in the corner of the white 'blob').
Take it and you can play.

The third puzzle: you have to complete the grid with the numbers 1 to 6 in every row and column.
If you look at the fourth column there is just one spot that is not more than any other spot 4th...

The first puzzle is not very difficult.
As long as you know your abc. :-)
