I don't think I've seen it, and I've checked most of the levels and eggs, so I guess it's either unimplemented or scrapped.

It's in the base.css thing in the source code. You know how some of the characters have different colored text? Samara's is .weird, Yx's is .weird2, Sukeena's is .skn, etc. A few of them only appear in the thought reader, like Banboil's or Linhuan's.
