Good News for Gamers

Jay Is Games has launched the second Flash Game Design Competition!

As most of you know, we have got some very nice games from the first competition (e.g. Gateway, Free the Bird, Clack, Thief, and many more) in August 2006.


The deadline is February 9th.

Google announces motto change...

I just read a shocking news report: In the wake of its decision to censor its search results for the oppressive Chinese government, Google is changing its original corporate motto "Don't be evil."

The new motto, according to unnamed company sources, is: "Be semi-evil. Be quasi-evil. Be the margarine of evil. Be the Diet Coke of evil — just one calorie; not evil enough!"

Jay Is Games has launched the 3rd Flash Game Design Competition!

As you know, we have got some very nice games from the first and second competition (e.g. Gateway I and II, Free the Bird, Clack, Thief, Grow the Robot, and many more).

Deadline for entries:
Sunday, July 15, 2007 at 11:59PM (GMT-4:00).

You can either submit a game that meets the criteria, or as game player, look forward to the competition entries, and vote for your favorite as soon as the voting is open. Check the this link to learn more:

EDIT: i heard that a couple of years ago, a police man had confiscated marajuana(sp?) and baked it into brownies. He overdosed and called the emergency line. they asked him what the problem was and he said "my wife and i overdosed on marajuana(sp?) and i think we're dying." "how much did oyu have?" "i dont know we baked it in brownies" "do you have a fever?" "no, but i think we're dead, because time is moveing really really really slow...". they took him off the force for drug abuse... weird...

Dateline Houston, Texas. There is some video going around of a building being imploded here that has everybody gasping. Just as the explosives are going off a door swings shut and witnesses on the ground claim to see a person moving about. Well its been 4 days and no body has been found. If a enhanced video comes out I will post it.
