i cant apply the hint given to the image on level 3 as the grid is not marked.
i have found place names. Are they usful at all?

@brain, doesn't have to be marked, just mark it in your mind...

start with the letter, then the number, follow where it's pointing and do the same for each combination until you make out a word with all those letters
