        The only game called Spore I have heard of is a pc simulation game created by the same authors as The Sims. It will be released next year. Info here:

          Yeah, I think this is the one everyone was talking about. Unfortunately, unlike "FlOw" this one does not appear to be free.

          PS: where is the boss for the orange levels? I heard somewhere that this game is not finished and that is why there is no "Congratulations! You beat the game!" type ending.

                      I beat the first boss, the background became orange, then I became a circle thing. I beat the boss again and... started over? The background became blue and I was one of the snake things.
