Hehe. I have been sharing them on Facebook, but I could do an album here if you want, too. However, I don't live in a big city. I live in a wine area, so we have lots of parks and vineyards.
So there is still a lot of nature.
But I will try to only post the best of the best.
Hehe.
Wow! So I wonder what year that would make you if you were in the USA? Senior in High School, maybe? Getting ready to head into your first year of college? Or maybe a Junior in High School getting ready to head into your Senior year.High school is normally for 14 - 18 year olds, and then College begins whenever the person goes after that (often 18 - 21 or so). Anyway, congrats on moving right along!
Hope your first day was awesome!
I found this one, which is similar to tetris and bingo. Should be interesting.

The Mrs. & me just finished packing up a bushel of green chile, used about 50 1-quart bags.

Nice, I think
I had to use Google to look up what you did in those bags but I think I got it.
If I don't get it then my next question is going to look like a really weird one so lets see
Are the chile for your self or do you sell them?
From now on, this is how it is going to be, just her and me

Not a weird question at all, since it does seem like a lot: they're all for us,New Mexicans are addicted to it,our cuisine is based around it.It's possible to eat it 3 times a day,a green chile breakfast burrito,a green chile cheeseburger for lunch & green chile enchiladas for dinner
The chiles are 1st roasted (I'll find a pic of a roaster for you),then packed in a plastic garbage bag to steam for awhile. When they're cool we peel the burnt skin off & they're ready to be eaten or frozen. They smell wonderful when they're being roasted
Even better, here's a quick video of chile being roasted:

Thanks for the explanation
I have seen those roasted chiles in cooking shows. I don't think I have eaten them my self but I could try it next summer on the BBQ![]()
