It's an interactive fiction game, an interesting mixture of images and text adventure, featuring a graphical inventory.

It all started with a broken alarm clock. I had overslept and missed my appointment with the director of the Natural History Museum. My boss was not exactly thrilled about this and by necessity made another story the title story of our magazine. I resolved to make the best of it. And so it happened that I was on the way to Holsworthy in Devon on a foggy Friday afternoon. A weekend in the country can only do you good, I told myself. After studying history in Liverpool, I had been an editor for Taylor & Francis in London for five years. I had turned off the through road two hours ago and was on a narrow country road between Hatherleigh and Holsworthy. I was absorbed in thought with the miles passing by when a shadow jumped up over the road and I slammed on the brakes. The vehicle quickly began to skid and came to a stop after the tires locked up. Damn it! What was that? I was going to carry on driving when I caught a glimpse in the rearview mirror of the outline of a large deer...
