Just started and I'm stuck already. I have a lighter and a part off the picture frame. I put the part off the picture frame with the wire by the tv but can't figure out what to do with the lighter. Help!!

Ive got everything, I've used everything. I think I know the code for the door, but when I enter it, the padlock turns green, but I can't do anything else. The door won't open and nothing happens
