Made the potion and have the hover thingy and the sprayer and the canvas bag but i cant find the ghost to hover him up any suggestions?

I made both items from the witch's recipe cards now what? Time to round up some ghosts I suppose but how?

I know that when your in the kitchen his hooo haaa-ing is continous when you hold the mouse over the tea pots handle.
