Cant find anything to do with the snow cone...

You need to push the switches under the desk. Then turn on the computer. Twitter! When u zoom out again u'll see the solution of what to do with the snow thing.

4 pieces of paper, newspaper, globe, & name tag.

Read hints - and I see I've not seen all. or over looked something. So back to hunting..
Found one thing but don't understand how the code from it came about after many rotations.

got card, even though I only had 4 papers - found 5th later by bear - be sure to use dot/period in the name section of "name" on computer. Used code even though I don't understand it. been in computer room now - and will hunt for something on/near desk that I couldn't see before.
