Wow... havin' a hard time today

3 of 4 medals, 3 of 4 bells, 2 ring riddle hints, and only 1 safe password hint Saw the hints with the lights off, but had been playing around with the floor safe and can't figure out where they started?

Okay, I was missing the hint for that one so that is why I just couldn't get it.
