did weights - item 6

picked up iron bar, weight plates, batteries (from scale) spring wrie and pulley

this was spotted to left of ball and a table/bench that sits in front of the ball

use pulley on butterfly press AFTER you do the butterfly exercise, then pull the higher bar down so that numbers appear in the other white square
