Make sure to check also the spam/trash folder in your email account. Email from senders not yet "known" by your email programm, might be automatically put in there insted of the inbox folder.

"You should receive your password within a few minutes, but in rare cases it may take as long as an hour. If you've waited more than an hour, write to support@nioga.net ."
