So far I have

tape (top of dresser off to right),thread (shelves off to left), hook (floor off to left), screwdriver (off to left), cd (computer off to left), 3 from heart painting (turn off light in center room), key from under pillow opens wardrobe and get a lockbox, and am now fishing in fish take (kitchen, go backwards from center room).

And now stuck.

Found

brush under curtain (zoom in on table), and use on ashtray. Use screwdriver on LION picture, now upside down. Got second key from fish tank. Got box open with

3917 (3 from pic, 9 from clock on mantle, and 17 from LION picture.

Now have diary, used brush again on coffee cup (put brush up to coffee cup and move back and forth). Pick up print onto tape. If you have diary, tape print, cd and key, you can go.

Alas, it does not tell us whodunnit.

out after redoing cup several times... odd..
