Photoshop Battle

Hi all

I've found another, very cool game on bokt.nl. It has to do with Photoshop (again). On this site, you'll find the original example: http://rikkertkoppes.com/news/mireille-ps-tennis/

The rules have been adapted so that it might work well on the forums.

Rules:
The first person posts a picture, then the next person must post a picture that uses 2 or 3 elements from the picture before them. The next player uses again 2 or 3 elements from the previous picture.
Along with their picture, players can say one positive thing they like about the one before theirs, if they would like to.

Oh Hollandgirl than kyou for posting the pic not only isi t beautiful, but what is written on the pad has inspired my next poem, thank you. I have been dead for two weeks writers block adn I am working on my first novel

Okay, it's been along time that I wanted to do this. So I just gave it a try, and here's the result
I added a spaceship, it's not very good, and I'm not completely happy with the result, but whatever

I really like this game by the way
I just have one question, who is going to be the next person posting?
Maybe, after someone posts a new picture, another person should say that he/she's going to make another one, and that way there wouldn't be two people working on the same image.

I no this is a dumb question, but how do you play?

First of all, you need to have Photoshop, but if you have another program for image editing (Corel Paint Shop is an example), I guess you can also use it.
If you have a program to work the image, then you just have to use your imagination and edit the image that is given to you.
Take a look at the site that Hollandgirl gave on the first post; it shows someone else's "Photoshop Battle", in that case, it was between only two persons, and they first chose a pic, and then each one of them edited it, adding details, turning one subject into another completely different subject. It's all up to your imagination

doglover, u seem like an expert lol so did u use a fluid mask thingy to cut out the spaceship ???? cos im lost

I used the Magic Erasor Tool. The background of the image I used was very simple, and the colours of it weren't exactly the colours of the spaceship, so it was pretty easy to cut out.
What is a fluid mask by the way? (I'm NOT an expert, ya know? There are many things that I really don't know how to use )

That space-ship looks like it's always been there!! YOu're very good at this! I can't photoshop at all I'm sorry, I don't have the time to make the next, my test-week is nearly there

I give up lol im getting frustrated with photoshop. and a fluid mask is just a tool that cuts away the background form an image.
and yes u do have 2 pay for photoshop
