Okay, I'm stuck on the second part of the wheel, I figured out the first part, but I have no idea of what to do with the second part

Theme, I'm with you at the same spot. The first part for the wheel is okay, but the second part... I couldn't find any note that told us what to do to the wheel thingy... What did you find so far?

Okay, if you can't figure it out, and you can actually read what all the books and notes are saying, then we're screwed I tried the same pattern as for the first part, and also tried somehow doing it by order of the numbers, but it hasn't worked so far.

I have

2 chess pieces, what I would call bishops, the weights or whatever they're called, the green stone demon, 3 books, a letter in English, some paper and ink, and 3 letters.
