To get to the secret tomb move the scorpion to the right of the rock and then click on the camel and move it to where the scorpion was. Then click on Indiana and he will jump off onto the rock. Then click on the rock and he will move it aside and there will be a hole. Click on it and indiana will jump down it and you are in the secret tomb.

How do I get into the secret tomb on the fourth screen?

click the scorpion to the right, then click on the camel and you will move up and jump on a stone, then the stone will move, and then click on the hole. The rest of the game is fairly easy

move the scorpion then walk over jump on the rock where the scorpion was and push it away then jump down the hole.
