  • Running is a sport, too!

    I love running!
My mile is somewhere in the range of 6:30 to 7:00.
    Yeeeah.

I do running too, it's not my favourite thing to do actually, I do it just to stay in shape, i can run about 4 km, aargh that's bad! But I LOVE athletics in general, it's a long long story why i don't do it anymore but i've done it for 4 years. I love the short-run-thing. Like 80 m running, as fast as you can.

When I stopped athletics (i think that's about 3-4 years ago now) i hockied for about 3 months, i went running with my mom for a year, then i went to the gym with my friend for a year and i've been running again with another friend and my mom for about a year now, but i would actually love to do athletics again.. problem is: there's only one athletics-club near me and i don't wanna go there..

I don't do track and feild or anything. I find that kind of running pointless.
Other sports like soccer or basketball, then I'll run.

                          Running is a sport too

                          Hi,

Any newbie guide for running? I got myself a proper pair of running some time ago but i did not find time to run. I was thinking of alternating between running and cycling.
